Brief Paperwork

Upon entering the office, you will be greated by our team with a smile. We will have some brief paperwork for you to fill out. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition.

Initial Consultation

Once the paperwork has been completed, you will have a consultation with Dr. Schumacher to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, as well as your goals.

Physical Screen

In order to determine to see if we can help you with your specific issue, the doctor will ask you various questions related to your condition. Next, a movement screen will be performed with our advanced technology, Kinetisense, to determine where the root cause of your issue may lie!

Schedule Your Next Appointment

You will be given a convenient appointment time for your Evaluation and Treament Visit. Generally speaking, patients are seen within 1-2 days and an in depth evaluation to see which specific tissues are involved as well as treatment will be performed. Further treatment options and a plan of care for your condition will also be discussed during this time.
